The word “Gayo” itself means “nice” which in and of itself wouldn't mean much, except that this is actually a really nice coffee. As a company that prides itself on being polite, we felt like it was a sign!

We have been thankful to consistently find Sumatran coffees that reshape how we think of the region as a coffee producing area. This well balanced coffee presents a chocolate and berry profile that we're very fond of. A little hint of baking spice like clove in the cup makes this coffee a great cold-weather sipper!
