So you placed an order, now what?
TLDR- We strive to fullfill all orders within 3 business days of purchase.
Roast days
We roast small batches of coffee to order Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, and we roast all our coffees to order.
Common Questions/Issues
I chose local pickup; what do I do now?
You will get a notification when your order is ready to pick up. Once you do, just come to the shop and tell a barista your name and that you are here to pick up an order and they will take care of you. If it seems to be taking a little while it means we did not have the product within our preferred roast date for online orders and it will be roasted on the next roast day.
Why is my order taking so long?
A common scenario may be an order being placed late Thursday afternoon, after production has ended. Appon arrival Friday we determine we do not have a batch of the specified coffee fresh enough to ship. Since the order is only coffee, we must wait until the next roast day, Tuesday, to fulfill the order and ship it out. This may result in the order taking four full days before it is dropped off with the carrier for delivery.
Why is shipping so much?
Everyone hates shipping rates, so we try our best to give the best possible rates on all of our products. If you go to make an order and it seems excessive please let us know and we will take a look and make refunds accordingly.
