In the province of La Convención near the town of Quillabamba, at an altitude of 900 m.a.s.l. sits a beautiful natural wonder - the waterfall of Las Siete Tinajas. As time passed the icy waters carved into the rock different types of wells of very irregular shapes, leading to the formation of 7 water streams and why this estate is called Siete Tinajas or Seven Jars.
While we can't take you to the enchanting waterfall of Las Siete Tinajas, we did the next best thing and brought its coffee to you! This washed coffee presents a structured and light profile, reminding us of chocolate-covered raspberries. Along with that you'll find notes of baking flavors like vanilla, clove and a brown sugar richness.
Siete Tinajas represents what we think most coffee drinkers are looking for in their daily driver, though we wouldn't recommend overdoing the cream and sugar on this one ;)
